Ben jij een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde Document Controller met een sterke affiniteit voor technische documentatie en projectomgevingen? Heb je ervaring met EDMS-systemen en ben je in staat om technische plannen en tekeningen te lezen, kleine revisies en markups correct te verwerken en documentstromen feilloos te beheren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Als full-service ingenieursbureau in Nederland en België richten wij ons op diverse markten en realiseren wij uiteenlopende projecten en opdrachten.

Wat ga je doen?

Een consultant is iemand die ondersteuning of advies biedt aan bedrijven. Meestal doe je dit op locatie bij een klant. Met jouw kennis en ervaring zorg je voor praktische en op maat gemaakte oplossingen die aansluiten bij de specifieke behoeften van de klant.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Beheren, structureren en onderhouden van het EDMS en ondersteunen van interne gebruikers;
  • Controleren, verwerken en reviseren van technische- en leveranciersdocumentatie;
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen (zoals P&ID’s, layouts en 2D AutoCAD-tekeningen);
  • Doorvoeren van kleine administratieve en documentaire aanpassingen (zoals revisies, markups en correcties);
  • Registreren, actualiseren en bewaken van documentstatussen, metadata en revisiebeheer;
  • Uitvoeren van projectdocumentatiebeheer, waaronder MDR-beheer, transmittals en documentflows;
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams en projectmanagers, inclusief administratieve verwerking in SAP.

  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met interne en externe stakeholders.

Technische kennis:

  • Ervaring met documentbeheer en werken in een EDMS (bijv. SharePoint, Aconex of vergelijkbaar);
  • Kennis van technische documentatie zoals P&ID’s, datasheets, layout drawings en manuals;
  • Ervaring met SAP en AutoCAD 2D is een pre;
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
