The posting

Voor een technisch project in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Document Controller met ervaring in technisch documentbeheer en kennis van Hexagon SDx. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, beheren en opvolgen van technische vendor-documentatie binnen het project. Je werkt met technische documentatie en moet deze inhoudelijk kunnen begrijpen. Zo is het belangrijk dat je technische tekeningen en documenten kunt lezen en vertrouwd bent met begrippen zoals P&ID's en ATEX-certificaten. Aantoonbare ervaring met Hexagon SDx is voor deze functie essentieel. Daarom zoeken we kandidaten die reeds met dit systeem hebben gewerkt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Verwerken, controleren en beheren van technische vendor-documentatie in Hexagon SDx.
  • Controleren of aangeleverde documenten volledig en correct zijn en voldoen aan de geldende procedures en vereisten.
  • Registreren, classificeren en opvolgen van documenten binnen het documentbeheersysteem.
  • Opvolgen van documentflows, revisies, beoordelingen en goedkeuringen.
  • Bewaken van de status en tijdige verwerking van technische documentatie.
  • Afstemmen met leveranciers, engineers, projectmedewerkers en andere betrokken partijen over ontbrekende of onjuiste documentatie.
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van afwijkingen en ontbrekende informatie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde documentatie gedurende het project.
  • Meedenken over een efficiënte inrichting en verbetering van het documentbeheerproces.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Document Controller, Technisch Document Controller of Technisch Documentbeheerder.
  • Je hebt bewezen kennis en ervaring met Hexagon SDx.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technische documentatie binnen een industriële, technische of engineeringomgeving.
  • Je kunt technische documenten en tekeningen inhoudelijk begrijpen en lezen, waaronder P&ID's.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met technische documentatie en certificaten, bijvoorbeeld ATEX-certificaten.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Duits en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot schakelen met verschillende technische stakeholders.
