Je richt professionele Document Control in, optimaliseert workflows en borgt compliance met o.a. ISO 9001, Information Governance en Data Protection-eisen. Met tools als SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum en andere Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) zorg je voor versiebeheer, access management en betrouwbare rapportages. Je combineert structuur, nauwkeurigheid en procesverbetering om documentstromen aantoonbaar efficiënter en veiliger te maken. Onze opdrachtgever ontwerpt, bouwt en beheert drijvende installaties die op zee olie en gas winnen, verwerken, opslaan en overladen. Ze ontwikkelen ook verankeringssystemen, installeren offshore-apparatuur en werken aan duurzame technologieën zoals drijvende windoplossingen en CO₂-opslag.
