Wij zoeken een: Documentation Officer Over de organisatie:

Onze klant is een gevestigde, solide partner binnen de logistieke sector. Het betreft een internationale speler die uitblinkt in containertransport en maritieme expeditie. De organisatie combineert een professionele internationale context met een warme bedrijfscultuur, waarin samenwerking, nauwkeurigheid en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opmaken, controleren en finaliseren van exportdocumenten (zoals Bill of Lading, certificaten en douanedocumenten).
  • Verzekeren van de correctheid en volledigheid van alle transport- en douanedocumentatie volgens internationale regelgeving.
  • Nauwe afstemming met klanten, rederijen en interne afdelingen rond documentvereisten.
  • Tijdig en correct doorsturen van documenten naar klanten, agenten en partners wereldwijd.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen of fouten in documentatie.
  • Archiveren en beheren van dossiers in het interne systeem volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele expediteurs bij documentgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • In deze rol ligt de focus volledig op nauwkeurigheid, compliance en opvolging binnen jouw eigen dossiers; je hebt geen leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Een bacheloropleiding (bij voorkeur in logistiek, expeditie of een administratieve richting) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in documentatie, expeditie of logistieke administratie is een sterke plus, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn zeker welkom.
  • Zeer sterk in administratie en detailgericht werken; je hebt oog voor perfectie.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een troef.
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office (Excel) en bij voorkeur ervaring met logistieke software of ERP-systemen.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om te werken met deadlines in een internationale context.
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde werker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van zijn/haar dossiers.
  • Communicatief vaardig en een echte teamplayer.
