FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

onze klant regio Roeselare is een toeleveringsbedrijf met een duidelijke focus op metaal & montage, hout, groen en enclave. Ze zijn één van de grootste maatwerkbedrijven van Vlaanderen en bedienen met ongeveer 900 medewerkers tal van prominente bedrijven en openbare besturen.

Om hun team te versterken, zijn ze op zoek naar een polyvalente begeleider.

Takenpakket:

  • Leiden van een team, actief in productie-, montage-en verpakkingsactiviteiten.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van productie- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Optimaliseren van middelen, de werkorganisatie en de productietijd. Hierdoor kan er efficiënt en resultaatsgericht worden gewerkt.
  • Leiding geven aan mensen met een arbeidshandicap op een mensvriendelijke manier. Dit met het nodige respect, vertrouwen en met voldoende aandacht voor de persoonlijke groei van de medewerkers.
  • Het werk verdelen over de verschillende ploegen, met overzicht over de personeelsbezetting
  • Optreden als tussenpersoon in de communicatie tussen operatoren, onderhoudsmensen en meerderen.
  • Toezicht houden op het veilig en correct gebruik van arbeidsmiddelen (gereedschappen, machines, PBM's, grondstoffen) en toezien op voldoende orde en netheid op de verschillende werkposten.
  • Meewerken aan het beperken van afval, correct sorteren en reduceren van energieverbruik.
  • Je wordt ingezet in verschillende enclaves dus je springt in waar nodig

PROFIEL

- u beschikt over minstens een A2-diploma

- u hebt een brede kennis en interesse

- u bent een vlot communicator en werkt resultaatsgericht

- u schrikt niet terug van wat zwaarder fysiek werk

- u bent flexibel qua uurrooster, af en toe ploegdienst schrikt je niet af

- u hebt ervaring met het (bege)leiden van mensen of hebt hier de nodige affiniteit mee
