Dan zoeken wij jou als aanvulling in ons team Meedoen en Geldzaken! Consulent Werk (36 uur) in ons team Meedoen en Geldzaken. Binnen het team Werk, Inkomen en Zorg is jouw team verantwoordelijk voor inwoners met vragen over werk en financiën. Dus heb jij ervaring op het gebied van de doelmatigheid… dan is dit jouw job! Wat doe jij? We willen graag dat iedereen deelneemt binnen onze gemeenschap. Met inwoners die in het dagelijks leven problemen tegenkomen op het gebied van meedoen en geldzaken gaan we op zoek naar de juiste ondersteuning. Vanuit verbinding en vertrouwen gaan we met inwoners in gesprek, met als doel stress te verlagen, stabiliteit te verhogen en zo in te zetten op gezonde en gelukkige inwoners. Dat begint bij het in beeld hebben en brengen van de leefwereld van de inwoner en vervolgens een analyse te maken van wat de inwoner nodig heeft om stabiliteit te creëren op verschillende levensgebieden. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat inwoners zich gezien voelen en (weer) mee kunnen doen in de samenleving. Naast de gesprekken met de inwoner voer jij ook de gesprekken onze partners en werk je nauw samen met de consulent rechtmatigheid. We geloven erin dat deze samenwerking van taken zorgt voor meer kwaliteit en maatwerk. Het team Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt rekenen op een team dat altijd voor jou klaar.
