Wij leveren huisartsenzorg aan onder andere mensen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg, ouderenzorg, psychiatrie, verslavingszorg, dak- en thuislozenzorg en andere kwetsbare doelgroepen die vaak niet vanzelfsprekend toegang hebben tot passende huisartsenzorg. Wat ga je doen? Als doktersassistent(e) ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten/cliënten, begeleiders en zorgverleners. Je houdt overzicht, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en zorgverzoeken op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met praktijkmanager, een collega-doktersassistent(e), de huisarts, verpleegkundig specialist en de verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen op de verschillende locaties waar medTzorg huisartsenzorg levert Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch contact met patiënten/cliënten, begeleiders en zorgorganisaties - Administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden - Het uitvragen en beoordelen van zorgvragen - Laagdrempelig overleg met onze huisartsen - Het bijdragen aan een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken zorgverleners Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde opleiding tot doktersassistent(e), of een ander zorgdiploma - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding - Affiniteit met kwetsbare doelgroepen - Een warm hart voor de zorg - Gezonde dosis humor Wat bieden wij? - Een afwisselende en betekenisvolle functie voor mensen die net wat extra aandacht en ondersteuning ...
