Huisartsen Centrum Goes is een grote, gezellige en dynamische huisartsenpraktijk gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Goes. De huisartsenpraktijk bestaat uit 7 huisartsen, 1 verpleegkundig specialist, 12 doktersassistenten waarvan 2 in opleiding, 2 POH-GGZ, 4 POH-Somatiek, 1 POH-Ouderenzorg en een praktijkmanager. Als doktersassistent heb jij een belangrijke en veelzijdige rol binnen onze organisatie, want jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en de rechterhand van de huisartsen. We zijn op zoek naar een stressbestendige, communicatief vaardige aanpakker, die het overzicht goed weet te behouden. Herken jij jezelf als een duizendpoot die goed kan organiseren in een afwisselend en uitgebreid takenpakket, dan nodigen wij je uit om te solliciteren. Wat mag je van ons verwachten? • Werken met en in een enthousiast team met een prettige werksfeer • Een uitdagende functie met afwisselende werkzaamheden voor 24 - 36 uur per week • Een digitale en innovatieve praktijk • Een gestructureerde praktijk, waarin je zelfstandig je werk kan uitvoeren • Een fijne, goed uitgeruste en moderne werkomgeving • Ruimte voor scholing, verdere persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden (SOH) • Salariëring volgens de CAO Huisartsenzorg Wat verwachten wij? • Je bent een gediplomeerd of bijna afgestudeerd doktersassistent of gediplomeerd verpleegkundige die bereid is tot omscholing als doktersassistent • Je hebt ervaring met triage en kent het gebruik van de NHG-triage wijzer • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van diverse medische handelingen • Je hebt kennis van huisartseninformatiesystemen (bij voorkeur Medicom) • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en toont verantwoordelijkheid • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel • Je bent patiëntvriendelijk en hebt een proactieve houding Denk je dat deze functie op jouw lijf geschreven is?
