Geen werkdag is hetzelfde: de ene keer werk je aan de balie, de andere keer voer je handelingen uit of draai je een eigen spreekuur. Zoek jij afwisseling in werkzaamheden en flexibiliteit in je rooster? Solliciteer! Dit ga je doen Als doktersassistent via het Flexbureau werk je op verschillende poliklinieken en verpleegafdelingen. Je springt bij waar jouw inzet op dat moment het hardst nodig is en maakt je snel vertrouwd met de werkwijze van het team. De inhoud van je werk verschilt per afdeling. Op de ene plek ligt de nadruk op baliewerkzaamheden en het ontvangen van patiënten, terwijl je op een andere afdeling handelingen uitvoert of een eigen spreekuur draait. Werkzaamheden zijn o.a. telefoontjes afhandelen, triage, controles uitvoeren en het ondersteun van artsen tijdens hun werkzaamheden. Je plant afspraken en onderzoeken, houdt het elektronisch patiëntendossier zorgvuldig bij en zorgt samen met je collega's dat de spreekuren goed verlopen. Zo draag je er iedere dag aan bij dat patiënten zich welkom voelen en de juiste zorg krijgen. Hier kom je te werken Vanuit het Flexbureau werk je binnen bestaande teams op verschillende poli's en verpleegafdelingen in Utrecht, Zeist of Doorn. Door ziekte, verlof of een tijdelijk tekort heeft een afdeling soms een extra collega nodig. Op zo'n moment sluit jij aan bij het vaste team en pak je samen de werkzaamheden en zorg voor de patiënten op. Soms kom je terecht op een poli waar het tempo hoog ligt en snel extra ondersteuning nodig is. Via het Flexbureau heb je inspraak in je rooster. Je geeft jouw beschikbaarheid door en wordt op ba...
