FrisiusMC Heerenveen - - 24 - 28 uur - MBO - € 2.630,- tot € 3.724,- Doktersassistent Centrum Beschouwend in Heerenveen Jij bij Frisius MC Als doktersassistent ben je vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten op de polikliniek. Je ontvangt en begeleidt patiënten, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt dat afspraken en administratie goed geregeld zijn. Je werkt zowel in de front- als backoffice. In de frontoffice ontvang je patiënten, plan je afspraken en verwerk je de bijbehorende administratie. Op sommige poliklinieken voer je daarnaast medisch-technische handelingen uit. In de backoffice beantwoord je telefoontjes en e-mails, beheer je agenda's en plan je afspraken. Ook bereid je spreekuren voor, verwerk je inkomende en uitgaande post en scan je documenten. Waar nodig sluit je aan bij vergaderingen en verzorg je de notulen. Zo zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de polikliniek goed georganiseerd is en patiënten op het juiste moment de juiste ondersteuning krijgen. Jouw afdeling en collega's Je werkt binnen het Centrum Beschouwend. Je werkt samen met medisch secretaresses, doktersassistenten, medisch specialisten, verpleegkundig specialisten en verpleegkundig consulenten. Je weet elkaar makkelijk te vinden en collega's helpen elkaar waar nodig. Een goede samenwerking en aandacht voor de patiënt vinden we belangrijk. Je wordt stap voor stap ingewerkt binnen de verschillende poliklinieken. Je start op één polikliniek en zodra je daar goed je weg weet, maak je kennis met een volgend specialisme. Zo breid je jouw werkgebied steeds verder uit. Vanuit het Centrum Beschouwend kun je worden ingezet op de poliklinieken: - Geriatrie; - Interne Geneeskunde; - Medische Psychologie en Ziekenhuispsychiatrie; - Neurologie; - Reumatologie; - MDL; - Allergologie. Dit ben jij Je houdt overzicht en hebt oog voor wat een patiënt of collega nodig heeft. Omdat je op verschillende poliklinieken werkt, kun je makkelijk schakelen en vind je het leuk...
