Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste doktersassistent(e) die het leuk vindt om met mensen te werken. Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. Je helpt hen aan de balie, aan de telefoon en bij verschillende verrichtingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles in de praktijk goed verloopt. Ben jij - Klantvriendelijk, representatief en zorgvuldig aan de balie en telefoon? - Zelfstandig, accuraat en stressbestendig? - In het bezit van een diploma doktersassistent, of dit binnenkort afrondend? - Bekwaam in triage en het inschatten van hulpvragen, of bereid dit te leren? - Iemand die graag meedenkt om processen efficiënter te laten verlopen? - Een teamplayer die flexibel inzetbaar is, ook bij ziekte of vakantie van collega's? - Beschikbaar in ieder geval op vrijdag? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Wat bieden wij? Je komt werken in een kleinschalige praktijk met een fijne, collegiale sfeer. We overleggen veel met elkaar en er is ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt 1 week extra vakantie per jaar. Je salaris en andere arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn volgens de cao Huisartsenzorg en hangen af van je ervaring. We bieden eerst een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn Huisartsenpraktijk Van Gasteren & van der Mispel: een kleinschalige, geaccrediteerde duopraktijk in een HOED. Bij ons staan persoonlijke zorg en aandacht voorop. We vinden het belangrijk dat patiënten zich gezien en gehoord voelen. Ons team bestaat uit twee huisartsen, een huisarts in opleiding, een POH-GGZ, twee doktersassistenten, een POH-S en een praktijkmanager.
