Bij Huisartsenpraktijk Abbekerk zijn wij, ter versterking van ons team, op zoek naar een enthousiaste en toegewijde Doktersassistent (12-16 uur) Onze huisartsenpraktijk bestaat uit een jong en dynamisch team van 3 huisartsen, ondersteund door praktijkondersteuners (POH-S, POH-O en POH-GGZ), 4 assistentes en een praktijkmanager. Functieomschrijving: Als doktersassistent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. Je handelt telefoontjes af, beoordeelt de behoeften van patiënten en houdt overzicht in drukke situaties. Je hebt ervaring in een huisartsenpraktijk ( maar dat is geen verplichting) en vindt het leuk om een breed scala aan taken op te pakken. Werkzaamheden: - Telefonische triage - Assistentespreekuur - Verwerken van herhaalmedicatie/ uitgifte medicatie - Administratieve werkzaamheden Functie-eisen: Wij zoeken een doktersassistent die enthousiast, vriendelijk, doortastend en betrokken is. Iemand die snel een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt wordt voor onze patiënten en goed zelfstandig kan werken. Je bent geduldig, maar kunt ook snel schakelen en anticiperen. Wij zoeken: - Diploma doktersassistent (of bijna afgerond) - Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit - Patiëntgerichte instelling - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Initiatief tonen en stressbestendig zijn - Computervaardigheden Wij bieden: - Een zelfstandige, verantwoordelijke, uitdagende en afwisselende baan in een enthousiast team - Trainingen, cursussen en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden - Werkdagen: in overleg ( in ieder geval maandagochtend), alleen ochtenden behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden - Inschaling conform cao huisartsenzorg (indien in bezit van diploma doktersassistent) Toch nog een vraag?
