Je schakelt zo naar de huisarts, en collega's staan voor je klaar zodra dat nodig is. Tegelijk krijg je alle ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Samen met huisartsen, praktijkondersteuners en collega-assistenten zorg jij voor toegankelijke, persoonlijke zorg.
