Van de allereerste afspraak tot het plannen van onderzoeken, jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere patiënt de juiste zorg ontvangt. Ook ben je steun en toeverlaat voor onze artsen. Je belangrijkste werkplekken zijn de balie en een afgescheiden ruimte waar je telefoondienst hebt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Een goede voorbereiding, ondersteuning en afhandeling van spreekuren. - Efficiënte verwerking van verwijzingen. - Afhandelen van (complexe)vragen wanneer je telefoondienst hebt. Telefonische triage speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol. - Het informeren van patiënten over het vervolgtraject en toon je een actieve luisterhouding. - Vitale functies en hechtingen verwijderen. Werkomgeving Als doktersassistent of bijna doktersassistent nefrologie & niertransplantatie ben je onderdeel van het poliklinisch bedrijf van Thema Dijkzigt. Samen met een aantal andere specialismen, zoals MDL, nefrologie, diabetologie, diëtetiek en psychosociale zorg worden wekelijks zo'n 180 spreekuren gehouden. Profiel Heb je het in je? Als doktersassistent of neem jij initiatief, kijk je vooruit en denk je mee. Je blijft goed functioneren en presteren onder hoge spanning. En loopt de dag anders dan van tevoren bedacht, dan pas je je snel aan de nieuwe situatie. Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en bewaakt de voortgang van de processen en acties die zijn uitgezet.
