Heb jij een diploma verzorgende IG of doktersassistent en zie je uitdaging in een dynamische polikliniek? Dan is het gezellige en enthousiaste team van de polikliniek revalidatiegeneeskunde op zoek naar jou! Als doktersassistent of verzorgende IG op de polikliniek Revalidatiegeneeskunde ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en zorgverleners. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair behandelteam en ondersteunt verschillende spreekuren. Zo werk je onder andere mee aan het diabetisch voetenspreekuur en de spreekuren van de kinderrevalidatie. Je combineert patiëntenzorg met administratieve werkzaamheden in de front- en backoffice. Je schakelt gedurende de dag tussen patiënten, zorgverleners, planning en administratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het assisteren van zorgverleners tijdens verschillende spreekuren en het begeleiden van patiënten. Het informeren van patiënten over hun behandeling en hen geruststellen wanneer dit nodig is. Het op orde maken van de behandelkamers en ervoor zorgen dat de juiste instrumenten beschikbaar zijn. Het telefonisch en aan de balie beantwoorden van vragen van patiënten en verwijzers en het zorgvuldig afhandelen van hun zorgvragen. Het verzorgen van de planning en het verwerken van vragen, uitslagen, verwijsbrieven en andere correspondentie uit de gezamenlijke mailbox. Je houdt van een functie waarin patiëntcontact, organiseren en administratie elkaar afwisselen. Je kunt snel schakelen, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's. Ook wanneer het druk is, houd je overzicht en werk je zorgvuldig. Daarnaast heb je: een diploma van de opleiding tot Doktersassistent of Verzorgende IG; een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; goede digitale vaardigheden en het vermogen om nieuwe systemen snel eigen te maken; ervaring met Epic is een pre; een servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte houding richting patiënten en collega's; flexibiliteit en het vermogen om je makkelijk aan te passen aan

veranderingen. Een jaarcontract voor 24 - 32 uur, met uitzicht op verlenging. Inschaling in salarisschaal 5M: €2.699 tot € 3.717 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. 100% OV-vergoeding. Kom je lopend, fietsend of met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,21 per km (voor de auto geldt een maximum van 40 km enkele reis). Kom je op de fiets? Maak gebruik van onze goede fietsregeling. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Een actieve personeelsvereniging én _ong Amsterdam UMC vereniging, die beide leuke (sportieve) activiteiten en evenementen organiseren. Je werkt op de polikliniek Revalidatiegeneeskunde van Amsterdam UMC. De afdeling kent veel verschillende spreekuren en een diverse patiëntgroep. Je werkt nauw samen met onder anderen artsen, fysiotherapeuten en podotherapeuten. Juist die combinatie maakt het werk veelzijdig. Als doktersassistent of verzorgende IG heb je een centrale rol op de polikliniek. Patiënten en collega's weten je te vinden met vragen en je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg goed verloopt. Binnen het team staan service, collegialiteit en samenwerken centraal. Collega's helpen elkaar en er is ruimte voor een prettige werksfeer. Je wordt op beide locaties van Amsterdam UMC ingezet.
