Met jouw rustige en persoonlijke benadering zorg je dat zij weten waar ze aan toe zijn en zich op hun gemak voelen. Als doktersassistent ontvang en begeleid je patiënten op een prettige en respectvolle manier. Je bereidt spreekuren zorgvuldig voor, ondersteunt de arts tijdens consulten en voert waar mogelijk zelfstandig medische handelingen uit. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je de voortgang van het zorgproces en zorg je dat afspraken, onderzoeken en vervolgstappen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratieve deel van het zorgpad en voor de organisatie van de multidisciplinaire overleggen (MDO's). Je verzamelt de benodigde informatie, bereidt de MDO's voor, verwerkt de uitkomsten en bewaakt de administratieve processen rondom het behandeltraject. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, artsen en collega's en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen patiëntenzorg, planning en administratie. Je werkt nauw samen met gespecialiseerde chirurgen, verpleegkundig specialisten en andere betrokken zorgprofessionals. De lijnen zijn kort en er is ruimte om mee te denken over hoe de zorg en samenwerking nog beter georganiseerd kunnen worden. - Je hebt een diploma doktersassistent. - Je houdt overzicht over je werkzaamheden en de directe omgeving. - Je handelt alert en hulpvaardig en staat stevig in je schoenen. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt een gastvrije houding. - Je communiceert duidelijk en zorgvuldig met patiënten en collega's. - Ervaring met HiX, Windows en Word...
