Een ziekenhuisbezoek kan voor een kind en ouders spannend zijn. Met jouw vriendelijke en betrokken houding zorg je daarom voor een gastvrije omgeving waarin zij zich gezien en op hun gemak voelen. Als doktersassistent ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en bezoekers. Op dit moment ligt de nadruk van je werkzaamheden op secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning. De polikliniek kindergeneeskunde is volop in ontwikkeling. Daarbij werken we toe naar een functie waarin je de kinderartsen rechtstreeks ondersteunt in de behandelkamer. In deze toekomstige rol assisteer je bij consulten en voer je zelfstandig medische handelingen uit. Naast je ondersteunende werkzaamheden bewaak je de continuïteit en doorlooptijd van de polikliniek. Je houdt overzicht en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een soepel verloop van de spreekuren. Deze ontwikkeling biedt jou de kans om niet alleen mee te bewegen met veranderingen, maar ook actief mee te denken over hoe we onze werkwijzen en samenwerking verder kunnen verbeteren. Je doet dat samen met een professioneel en betrokken team dat vooruit wil en openstaat voor nieuwe ideeën. - Je hebt een diploma doktersassistent. - Ervaring met HIX, Windows en Word is een pré. - Je houdt overzicht over je werkzaamheden en je directe omgeving. - Je handelt alert en hulpvaardig en staat stevig in je schoenen. - Je werkt goed zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt een gastvrije houding. - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Goed om te weten: je bent beschermd tegen hepatitis B en kunt een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) overleggen.
