Als doktersassistent urologie ben jij, samen met jouw collega's, de coördinator van de spreekuren. Je assisteert bij handelingen en ontvangt en begeleidt patiënten. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Het treffen van de benodigde voorbereidingen voor een goed verloop van de spreekuren; - Op klantvriendelijk wijze ontvangen en begeleiden van de patiënten die op de poli komen; - Uitvoeren van medisch technische handelingen, zoals uroflowmetrie, echo-residu bepaling, verwisselen van katheters man/vrouw. - Het assisteren bij onderzoeken en behandelingen zoals cystoscopie, echo prostaat/biopten en vasectomie; - Informatie verstrekken aan patiënten over onderzoeken en behandelingen; - Het uitvoeren van de administratieve werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de poli. Er zijn korte lijnen met de andere locaties van het St Jansdal en de sfeer kenmerkt zich door een enthousiast team waar patiëntvriendelijkheid en kwaliteit van zorg hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. We staan voor elkaar klaar, zijn flexibel en werken met een goede dosis humor. Daarnaast is er een goede samenwerking met de medisch specialisten. De standplaats is Harderwijk en we hebben grote voorkeur voor volgende werkdagen; in ieder geval woensdag en vrijdag. Je bent bereid om met ziektes of vakanties in Lelystad te werken. De vakgroep urologie telt 7 urologen. Zij worden ondersteund door doktersassistenten, verpleegkundigen, continentie-verpleegkundigen en coördinerend oncologieverpleegkundigen. - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding tot doktersassistent of verpleegkunde. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de zorg en bij voorkeur specifiek binnen een polikliniek. Je houdt ervan de werkzaamheden goed te organiseren, daar krijg jij energie van! Je past je makkelijk aan als de werkzaamheden daarom vragen. Je werkt graag samen, met een positieve instelling.
