Binnen een organisatie die complexe IT‑projecten voor de publieke sector ondersteunt, neem je de leiding over het Finance‑domein binnen een grootschalige SAP S/4HANA‑migratie. Je stuurt een team van ervaren consultants aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de financiële processen en fungeert als centrale schakel tussen business en projectteams.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het Finance‑domein leiden binnen SAP S/4HANA, inclusief FI, CO, AA en PS.
  • Een team van twee senior SAP‑consultants coachen en aansturen.
  • Het volledige Finance‑workstream beheren binnen een Bluefield‑migratie.
  • De brug vormen tussen projectteams en businessanalisten.
  • Workshops en requirements‑analyses faciliteren.
  • Oplossingsdesign, testing en deployment coördineren.
  • Waken over de toepassing van SAP S/4HANA‑best practices.
  • Zorgen voor alignment met projectdoelstellingen en technische integraties.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Proactief, autonoom en resultaatgericht.
  • Comfortabel in samenwerking met zowel business‑ als technische teams.
