Startdatum : 1 november 2026 Einddatum : 30 oktober 2027 (optie op verlenging, maximaal 5 verlengingen van 6 maanden) Aantal uur : 36 Locatie : Den Haag / hybride ZZP : geen optie (kandidaat moet in loondienst zijn, of gaan) Schaal : 13 Uiterlijke indieningsdatum van uw profiel en motivatie : dinsdag 13 oktober 2026 Opdracht omschrijving Achtergrond opdracht Het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken (BZ) zoekt een domeinarchitect voor het HR-domein. Een interessant en uitdagend aandachtsgebied: we werken wereldwijd, met onze eigen mensen, collega's binnen de brede Nederlandse overheid en ook lokaal personeel. Het domein omvat HR-beleid en -uitvoering. De afgelopen jaren zijn er belangrijke stappen gemaakt met het werken met architectuur en is er een doelarchitectuur ontwikkeld die nu stapsgewijs geïmplementeerd wordt. De domeinarchitect zal de implementatie van de domeinarchitectuur HR verder begeleiden en levert een bijdrage aan het op effectieve wijze gecontroleerd in en samenhang doorvoeren van de IV-veranderingen, binnen geldende (Rijksbrede en departementale) kaders en gericht op de doelstellingen van BZ. De domeinarchitect is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de globale architectuurschetsen en het toetsen van overige architectuurdeliverables (zoals PSA en PEA) voor de projecten in het domein. De domeinarchitect zal de HR-domeinarchitectuur verder uitwerken en onderhouden en een bijdrage leveren bij het verder doorontwikkelen van de architectuur- en organisatievolwassenheid. De domeinarchitect is werkzaam voor specifieke bedrijfsonderdelen van BZ en daarnaast samen met een team van architecten themagericht op domeinoverstijgende onderwerpen als informatiebeveiliging, toegang en integratie.
