De kern van jouw rol is volume recruitment voor onze horen- en optiekwinkels: je zorgt voor een constante, kwalitatief sterke instroom van winkelmedewerkers, opticiens, audiciens en vestigingsmanagers. Je stuurt actief op je funnel, van sourcing tot contract, en weet hoe je schaalt zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Volume & funnel recruitment: Je beheert end-to-end recruitment voor onze winkels: van vacature-intake tot handtekening. - Sourcing & talentpooling : Je bouwt proactief talentpools op en houdt ze actueel, zodat je snel kunt schakelen. - Vacatureteksten & jobmarketing : Je schrijft wervende vacatureteksten gericht op retailprofessionals en zet de juiste kanalen in. - Stakeholdermanagement : Je bent sparringpartner voor hiring managers in de winkels en het hoofdkantoor. - Data & procesoptimalisatie : Je analyseert je funnel en stelt processen bij waar nodig -zonder dat iemand je daartoe hoeft te vragen. - Employer branding (aanvullend): Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van ...
