Als portier bij Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park speel je een essentiële rol in het creëren van een onvergetelijke ervaring voor onze gasten. Tot je taken behoren het begroeten van gasten, assisteren bij vertrek, bagage afhandelen, auto's parkeren en andere noodzakelijke taken binnen het hotel.Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? • Gasten verwelkomen en verwelkomen met warmte en professionaliteit bij aankomst en vertrek. • Samenwerken met het hele front-of-house team (conciërge, receptie en alle andere afdelingen) om ervoor te zorgen dat er snel en efficiënt aan de behoeften van de gasten wordt voldaan. • Assisteren met bagage en gasten naar hun kamer begeleiden.- Uitleg geven over de diensten en faciliteiten van het hotel. • Diverse taken uitvoeren die nodig zijn binnen het hotel.- De entree van het hotel netjes en opgeruimd houden.
