Word lid van Holcim Belgium: Draag bij aan de Duurzame Revolutie in de Bouwsector! We zijn op zoek naar onze toekomstige collega om ons geëngageerde team te versterken binnen onze divisie Beton, gevestigd op onze site in Overijse. Als Doseur - Planner - Bullchauffeur (M/V/X) speel je een sleutelrol in het behalen van onze doelstellingen op het gebied van duurzaamheid en innovatie, terwijl je je expertise inzet om ambitieuze projecten te leiden. Hier zijn de verantwoordelijkheden en competenties die we waarderen:

Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bestuurt de betoncentrale via een industrieel computersysteem en beheert de complexe grondstoffenmix om stortklaar beton van topkwaliteit te produceren conform de geldende normen.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse klantbestellingen en optimaliseert de planning van vrachtwagens en pompen om een perfect evenwicht tussen klantenservice en operationele efficiëntie te garanderen.
  • Je bestuurt de wiellader als bullchauffeur en verzekert een tijdige bevoorrading van grond- en toeslagstoffen om een continue en foutloze betonproductie in de installatie mogelijk te maken.
  • Je neemt de rol van aanspreekpunt op je bij afwezigheid van de Site Manager en volgt de gezondheids- en veiligheidsregels strikt op om onze "nul ongevallen"-doelstelling op de site te waarborgen.
  • Je stelt snel een eerste diagnose in geval van een technische panne aan de installatie om de stilstand te minimaliseren en de operationele continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Je zet je eerdere relevante ervaring en vlotte computervaardigheden in om de geautomatiseerde systemen van de betoncentrale nauwkeurig en efficiënt te bedienen.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig attest als bullchauffeur/wielladerchauffeur (of bent bereid dit aan te leren en te behalen) om het zwaar materieel veilig en conform de richtlijnen te besturen.
  • Je gebruikt je technisch en logistiek inzicht om de aanvoer van grondstoffen en dispatching van leveringen feilloos te organiseren.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht om klantaanvragen optimaal te behandelen en een positief imago van Holcim uit te stralen.
  • Je combineert een uitstekende fysieke conditie met stressbestendigheid om ook tijdens piekmomenten flexibel en nauwkeurig de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden te handhaven.
