Ben jij een ervaren dossierbeheerder met een brede expertise in de boekhoudsector? Een gerenommeerd boekhoudkantoor in Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg, zoekt een Senior dossierbeheerder om hun team in Aarschot te versterken. Bij dit kantoor krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en te werken in een stimulerende omgeving die zowel professionele groei als een gezonde work-life balance bevordert.

In dit familiaal kantoor merk je dan ook de menselijke en persoonlijke aanpak. Een vaste medewerker zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor zijn dossiers en deze op een 100% digitale manier verwerken. Naast de 100% digitalisatie is dit kantoor ook erkend door het ITAA.

Je zal terechtkomen in een team met juist expertise en boordevol ervaring om jou de juiste begeleiding te bieden bij de eerste maanden van onboarding.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor de boekhouding van A-Z van zo'n 30 klantendossiers (hoofdzakelijk vennootschappen).
  • Je maakt correct de btw-aangiftes op en dient deze tijdig in.
  • Je bereidt de vennootschaps- en personenbelasting-aangiftes voor.
  • Je maakt tussentijdse balansen en jaarrekeningen op.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en staat hen bij indien zij eventuele vragen hebben omtrent hun dossier.
  • Samen met de vennoten werk jij aan de optimalisatie van jouw dossiers inzake fiscaliteit.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met jouw klanten en voert regelmatig besprekingen uit met hen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring in diverse aspecten van de boekhoudsector.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken binnen een team.
  • Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken aan complexe boekhoudkundige vraagstukken.
