Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder voor onze klant in Bocholt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in boekhoudkundige en fiscale begeleiding van A tot Z voor eenmanszaken en vennootschappen.

Jouw takenpakket als Dossierbeheerde bestaat uit:

  • Het nauwkeurig inboeken en verwerken van diverse boekhoudkundige stukken.
  • Het voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften zoals de btw, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Het opmaken van tussentijdse financiële balansen, resultatenrekeningen en de jaarrekening.
  • Het optreden als vertrouwde contactpersoon voor je klanten, waarbij je hen bijstaat met advies over hun financiële administratie.
  • Het proactief meedenken met ondernemers: je signaleert tijdig knelpunten en vraagt waar nodig documenten op.
  • Het uitstralen van een klantvriendelijke en persoonlijke aanpak die aansluit bij de warme sfeer van het kantoor.

Profiel

Als Dossierbeheerder herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een professionele bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Ervaring met software zoals Expert-M Plus vormt een mooie troef.
  • Je bent leergierig ingesteld, werkt initiatiefrijk en kan je vlot aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vindt een duurzame relatie met de klant heel belangrijk.
  • Je werkt graag nauw samen in een kleinschalig team waar collegialiteit centraal staat.
