REFIBO is een familiaal accountantskantoor met een menselijk karakter en een duidelijke ambitie. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een collega die écht meetelt, verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en mee bouwt aan ons verhaal.

We werken proactief, denken graag een stap vooruit en zetten technologie slim in om tijd vrij te maken voor wat écht waarde creëert: advies, inzicht en persoonlijk contact met onze klanten.

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een ervaren Dossierbeheerder die zijn of haar expertise wil inzetten om ondernemers vooruit te helpen én collega’s mee te laten groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Dossierbeheerder neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je bewaakt het financiële en fiscale totaalplaatje, maar kijkt vooral verder dan de cijfers alleen.

Je:

  • bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging van jouw klantendossiers;
  • bent een rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspartner voor je klanten;
  • analyseert financiële én niet-financiële resultaten en vertaalt die naar heldere inzichten en concreet advies;
  • finaliseert periodieke cijfers, jaarafsluitingen en fiscale aangiftes;
  • denkt proactief mee over fiscale, financiële en boekhoudkundige optimalisaties;
  • volgt de financiële gezondheid en cashflowpositie van je klanten op en signaleert tijdig opportuniteiten en aandachtspunten;
  • superviseert het voorbereidende werk binnen je dossiers en bewaakt de kwaliteit via het vier-ogenprincipe;
  • begeleidt junior en senior accountants, deelt je kennis en helpt hen groeien in hun rol;
  • benut onze digitale tools om dossiers efficiënt en kwalitatief te organiseren;
  • bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties uit met klanten en denkt mee met hun onderneming, vandaag én morgen.

Kortom: je beheert bij ons niet alleen dossiers. Je kent je klanten, begrijpt hun onderneming en gebruikt cijfers om hen vooruit te helpen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren accountant die niet alleen sterk is in cijfers, maar ook energie krijgt van klanten adviseren, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en collega's ondersteunen.

  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een relevante economische master. Een erkenning als gecertificeerd accountant en/of een lopende ITAA-stage is een sterke plus.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een klantenportefeuille beheren en behoudt daarbij het overzicht.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en kijkt verder dan de wettelijke verplichtingen en deadlines.
  • Je bent klantgericht en kan complexe financiële en fiscale materie helder en praktisch uitleggen.
  • Je deelt graag kennis en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en laten groeien van collega's.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, kwaliteitsbewust en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je blijft graag bijleren en groeien, zowel inhoudelijk als persoonlijk.
  • Je ziet digitalisering en technologie als een kans om slimmer en efficiënter te werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met Adsolut. Ervaring met ClearFacts, CodaBox, Billit, Odoo of andere digitale accountancytools is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
