Voor een modern en gevestigd accountantskantoor in Vlierzele zoeken we een Dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt, veel verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen en tegelijk wil blijven groeien.

Je krijgt je eigen dossiers, staat rechtstreeks in contact met klanten en wordt omringd door ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag delen. Een combinatie van autonomie, digitalisering en een sterke work-life balance dus.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert jouw eigen klantenportefeuille en volgt dossiers van A tot Z op.
  • Je verwerkt de boekhouding en staat in voor de voorbereiding en afwerking van balansen en jaarrekeningen.
  • Je verzorgt de fiscale aangiftes voor BTW, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je bereidt jaarafsluitingen voor en volgt de verschillende deadlines binnen jouw dossiers op.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
  • Je denkt actief mee met ondernemers en geeft hen ondersteuning en advies doorheen de verschillende fases van hun onderneming.
  • Je werkt zoveel mogelijk digitaal en maakt gebruik van tools zoals Billit, Expert-M, Silverfin, Intellifin, Caseware en Power BI.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere processen en verdere digitalisering binnen het kantoor.
  • Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om jouw kennis en verantwoordelijkheden verder uit te bouwen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Accountancy of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt idealiter al relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Een lopende of toekomstige ITAA-stage is een mooie troef.
