Voor een groeiend, modern boekhoudkantoor in Zedelgem zoeken we een medior of senior dossierbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig, familiaal kantoor waar het welzijn en de mening van medewerkers echt centraal staan. Een boekhoudkantoor dat zijn klanten en team waardeert. Dit is een plek waar je jezelf verder kan ontwikkelen en waar je inbreng direct wordt gehoord en toegepast.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert eigen dossiers van A tot Z, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis, in een volledig digitale werkomgeving
  • Je verwerkt boekhouddossiers voor éénmanszaken en vennootschappen, volgt deze nauwgezet op en handelt ze zelfstandig af
  • Je voert gangbare boekhoudkundige verrichtingen uit: je maakt btw-aangiftes op, stelt balansen, jaarrekeningen, tussentijdse afsluitingen en fiscale aangiftes op in overleg met collega's en zaakvoerder
  • Je verzorgt financiële planning en onderhoud actief contact met klanten
  • Je overleg je regelmatig met ondernemers over hun administratie en stelt eventueel verbeteringen voor

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor
  • Werkingswijze: je werkt nauwkeurig en bent een sterke teamspeler
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om verder te groeien en hebt aandacht voor detail
  • Vloeiend Nederlands
