Modero is op zoek naar een enthousiaste juridisch dossierbeheerder voor ons kantoor te Antwerpen.

Bij Modero streven we ernaar om betaalconflicten op te lossen en te voorkomen. Onze teamleden volgen elk dossier nauw op. We leggen de nadruk op communicatie die drempels verlaagt en maken gebruik van slimme technologieën om dit te bereiken.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je zorgt voor het beheer en onderhoud van de dossiers, inclusief het verrichten van opzoekingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen via telefoon of e-mail.
  • Opstellen van brieven en juridische documenten, met nauwkeurige kostenregistratie.
  • Communicatie met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Onderhandeling en opvolging van afbetalingsplannen.
  • Afhandeling van binnenkomende correspondentie en betwistingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een soepele afhandeling van minnelijke en/of gerechtelijke procedures en biedt professionele telefonische ondersteuning aan alle betrokkenen.

Jouw troeven?

  • Eerst en vooral is interesse in de juridische sector een must!
  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring achter de rug of je hebt genoten van een juridische opleiding.
  • Juridische voorkennis is niet noodzakelijk, we leiden je volledig op.
  • Je kan je prioriteiten stellen om uitstekende professionele diensten te verlenen.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie, bent communicatief sterk en werken onder druk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar je hebt ook het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit administratieve taken en werkt vlot met de computer.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands. Je spreekt een mondje Frans.
