The posting

Je hebt al wat kilometers op de teller in een boekhoudkantoor. Je kent de basics, je draait mee, je wil bijleren. En vooral: je zoekt een plek waar je sneller beter wordt , zonder dat je “het maar moet uitzoeken”.

Voor een modern en groeiend accountancykantoor in regio Roeselare zoeken we een junior dossierbeheerder met minstens 2 jaar stabiele ervaring. Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar:

  • communicatie open en rechtuit is
  • je geen nummer bent, maar iemand die meegroeit
  • opleiding en begeleiding standaard zijn
  • je werkt in een moderne omgeving (licht, groen, ergonomisch)
  • digitale tools je job makkelijker maken (o.a. Silverfin, AdminPulse, Octopus, Billit, …)

Functieomschrijving Je groeit stap voor stap naar zelfstandige, autonome dossieropvolging. Denk aan:

  • inboeken (aankoop/verkoop)
  • btw-aangiftes voorbereiden
  • mee ondersteunen bij personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
  • sociale bijdragen opvolgen
  • klantencontact (op jouw tempo)
  • mee leren adviseren samen met je collega’s

Doel op termijn? Jouw eigen dossiers dragen en vertrouwenspersoon worden voor je klanten. Jij:

  • hebt 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor
  • bent in het bezit van een graduaat of bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit
  • wil inhoudelijk vooruit en zéker niet alleen "meer van hetzelfde"
  • werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • durft vragen stellen. Dat wordt hier net geapprecieerd)
