Voor een kleinschalig en familiaal accountancykantoor in regio Waregem zoekt Konnekt een dossierbeheerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over zijn of haar dossiers, maar tegelijk de korte lijnen van een hecht team belangrijk vindt.

Geen groot kantoor met verschillende managementlagen, maar een omgeving waar iedereen gelijkwaardig wordt behandeld, je rechtstreeks kan overleggen en kwaliteit belangrijker is dan zoveel mogelijk dossiers verwerken.

Het kantoor werkt sterk digitaal, zit in een nieuwe en moderne werkomgeving en begeleidt een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille van ondernemingen. Naast klassieke accountancy krijg je hier ook de kans om verder te groeien in fiscaliteit, rapportering en advies, afhankelijk van waar jij naartoe wilt.

Functieomschrijving Als dossierbeheerder krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille en groei je verder richting een volledige A-Z opvolging van jouw dossiers.

  • Je staat in voor de boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging van dossiers van verschillende ondernemingen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële documenten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de boekhouding.
  • Je bereidt btw-aangiftes, fiscale aangiftes, tussentijdse cijfers en jaarafsluitingen voor en werkt deze, afhankelijk van je ervaring, zelfstandig af.
  • Je volgt jouw dossiers proactief op en krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer rechtstreeks contact met klanten op te nemen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en kan rechtstreeks overleggen wanneer een dossier extra fiscale of inhoudelijke expertise vraagt.

Je krijgt hier dus niet jarenlang hetzelfde afgelijnde takenpakket. We zoeken vooral iemand die al een eerste stevige basis heeft binnen accountancy en klaar is om daar verder op te bouwen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, master of gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
  • Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het minstens even belangrijk dat je makkelijk kan overleggen met collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers en hebt interesse in fiscaliteit en advies.
  • Heb je de ambitie om jouw ITAA-titel te behalen? Dan krijg je hiervoor de nodige opleidingen en ondersteuning.
