Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de accountancysector in regio Roeselare is Konnekt op zoek naar een (ervaren) dossierbeheerder die graag ownership neemt over zijn dossiers en voldoening haalt uit werk dat écht goed gedaan is.

Je komt terecht in een team waar collega's elkaar kennen, waar deuren openstaan en waar mensen niet afgerekend worden op het aantal afgewerkte dossiers, maar op de kwaliteit die ze afleveren. Hier krijg je geen portefeuille die al maanden achterstaat. Geen onrealistische verwachtingen. Geen cultuur van brandjes blussen.

Wel een omgeving waar expertise gewaardeerd wordt en waar je de ruimte krijgt om je klanten correct te begeleiden.

Functieomschrijving Als dossierbeheerder beheer je een eigen klantenportefeuille en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ondernemer en kantoor. Je krijgt het vertrouwen om jouw dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen en uit te bouwen tot duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren van dossiers van A tot Z voor vennootschappen en zelfstandigen
  • Opmaken en indienen van btw-aangiftes, personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Voorbereiden van tussentijdse resultaten en jaarafsluitingen
  • Adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij financiële en fiscale vraagstukken
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties en opportuniteiten binnen jouw dossiers

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar je de ruimte krijgt om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen. Je hebt ondertussen voldoende ervaring opgebouwd om zelfstandig dossiers te beheren en weet wat een kwalitatieve dienstverlening inhoudt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountancykantoor
  • Een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele ingesteldheid
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • De motivatie om jezelf inhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen
