Voor onze klant in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en analytische Dossierbeheerder AMLD. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de analyse en administratieve verwerking van klantendossiers met betrekking tot de identificatie van uiteindelijke begunstigden. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten en klanten en draagt zo bij aan een correcte en conforme klantenrelatie. Beschrijving - Je volgt klantendossiers op van de eerste analyse tot de finale verwerking; - Je analyseert kritisch de documenten en informatie die door klanten worden aangeleverd; - Je controleert de volledigheid en correctheid van de ontvangen gegevens; - Je verwerkt documenten en informatie administratief in de interne systemen; - Je identificeert ontbrekende of tegenstrijdige informatie en zorgt voor de nodige opvolging; - Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en verschillende interne diensten om dossiers correct en tijdig af te handelen; - Je past de geldende identificatie- en complianceverplichtingen binnen de bank correct toe. Je profiel - Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en/of een eerste relevante werkervaring; - Je hebt interesse in AML, KYC en identificatieverplichtingen binnen de bancaire sector; - Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en kritisch denkvermogen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en efficiënt; - Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken; - Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans goed; - Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels; - Je hebt ervaring binnen de bancaire sector of met AML/KYC-processen, wat een pluspunt is.
