The posting

Voor een familiaal en groeiend accountantskantoor in Diksmuide en Zonnebeke zoeken we een Dossierbeheerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over zijn klanten en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 25 collega's, waar begeleiding, opleiding en persoonlijk klantencontact centraal staan. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers en klanten.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert de boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers van jouw klanten.
  • Je bereidt btw-aangiftes voor en dient deze in.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de maandelijkse, kwartaal- en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je stelt financiële rapporteringen op en vertaalt de cijfers naar inzichten waarmee klanten hun onderneming beter kunnen sturen.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie met hen uit.
  • Je neemt, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring, bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden op binnen de dossiers.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's en kan rekenen op begeleiding waar nodig.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy & Fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
