Voor een modern accountantskantoor dat deel uitmaakt van een grotere Vlaamse organisatie zoeken we een dossierbeheerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en wil meegroeien met zowel klanten als collega's. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar ondernemerschap wordt aangemoedigd, kennisdeling centraal staat en kwaliteit primeert.

Jouw functie

Als dossierbeheerder krijg je de kans om een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille mee op te volgen en uit te bouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en groeit stelselmatig door naar een meer adviserende rol.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers van KMO's en zelfstandigen
  • Het voorbereiden van btw-aangiften, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Het opstellen van tussentijdse rapporteringen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale documenten
  • Het ondersteunen van klanten bij hun dagelijkse boekhoudkundige en administratieve vragen
  • Het voorbereiden van klantbesprekingen en adviseren rond financiële optimalisaties
  • Het onderhouden van een professionele en duurzame relatie met jouw klanten
  • Het actief meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en digitalisering

Jouw profiel

Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen en graag verder wil groeien binnen accountancy.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een economische masteropleiding
  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor
  • Een klantgerichte mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • De motivatie om je kennis voortdurend verder uit te bouwen
