Een kantoor waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt én kan blijven groeien

Voor een modern en dynamisch accountantskantoor in Oostmalle wordt gezocht naar een Dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt en het volledige dossier van A tot Z opvolgt.

Het kantoor heeft een jonge, aangename en collegiale sfeer, maar hecht tegelijk veel belang aan kwaliteit en persoonlijk klantencontact. Als dossierbeheerder ben je meer dan iemand die de boekhouding verwerkt: je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt van je klanten, denkt mee over hun situatie en ondersteunt hen met fiscaal advies.

Jouw functie

Als Dossierbeheerder krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je volgt dossiers volledig op en staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van de boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Het voorbereiden en indienen van BTW-, personen- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiften
  • Het voorbereiden van jaarafsluitingen en fiscale dossiers
  • Het opmaken van balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Het onderhouden van rechtstreeks klantencontact
  • Het beantwoorden van fiscale en boekhoudkundige vragen
  • Het meedenken met ondernemers en hen adviseren waar mogelijk

Je krijgt daarbij de nodige ondersteuning, maar wordt tegelijk gestimuleerd om steeds meer zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Wie zoeken ze?

Voor deze functie komt iemand in aanmerking die:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige opleiding heeft afgerond
  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring heeft binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor
  • Nauwkeurig, leergierig en klantgericht werkt
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over eigen dossiers
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in fiscaliteit en advies
  • Vlot overweg kan met MS Office

Ervaring met Expert M Plus, Adsolut, Silverfin, Billit/Billtobox of Exact Online is mooi meegenomen.

Wie nog een ITAA-stage moet afwerken, krijgt hier bovendien de mogelijkheid om die binnen het kantoor te doorlopen.
