Dossierbeheerder bijstand

Locatie: 1000 Brussel

Contract: Interim met oog op vast

Uurrooster: Voltijds, variabel uurrooster (6u30 - 22u30, van maandag tot zondag)

Als Dossierbeheerder bijstand word je het centrale aanspreekpunt om klanten te helpen en gerust te stellen, zowel in België als internationaal. Jouw rol als Dossierbeheerder bijstand is essentieel voor een vlot verloop van de interventieaanvragen, in nauwe samenwerking met de klantendienst en onze internationale partners.

Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse taken:

• Administratieve en telefonische opvolging: Bijstandsdossiers beheren door inkomende en uitgaande oproopen te behandelen, alsook de administratieve opvolging, terugbetalingen en facturatie te verzorgen.

• Internationale coördinatie: Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor buitenlandse partners bij autopech of incidenten in België waarbij internationale klanten betrokken zijn.

• Dienstverlening op maat: Bijdragen aan het beheer van dossiers voor premium B2B-klanten en zorgen voor een gepersonaliseerde aanpak.

• Opvolging van diensten: Het beheer en de opvolging verzekeren van contracten gerelateerd aan aanvullende bijstand, woningverzekeringen en andere geassocieerde diensten.

Jouw profiel:

🎯 De vereisten:

• Minstens 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (dossierbeheer, terugbetaling, facturatie, administratie met klantcontact en ervaring met telefonie, zoals klantenservice of callcenter).

• Perfect twee-talig Frans/Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels.

• Flexibel ingesteld om te werken in een variabel uurrooster met shifts tussen 6u30 en 22u30, inclusief 2 weekenden per maand.

• Empathisch, servicegericht en communicatief sterk om vlot en professioneel te communiceren met verschillende gesprekspartners.

• Stressbestendig en in staat om piekmomenten op te vangen met een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
