Bij dit moderne en groeiende boekhoudkantoor in Herenthout stap je binnen in een stimulerende omgeving waar digitalisering en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Het hechte team verwelkomt je met open armen, en een ervaren groeimentor staat klaar om jouw vaardigheden als dossierbeheerder boekhouding naar een hoger niveau te tillen. In deze dynamische rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantendossiers, spoor je proactief ontbrekende documenten op en help je klanten ter plaatse met hun administratie.   • Je hebt een sterke basiskennis van boekhouding en de geldende btw-regelgeving.
  • Je bent zeer IT-gericht en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met digitalisering of tools zoals Peppol.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk logisch denkvermogen om dossiers efficiënt te structureren en op te kuisen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bent bereid om de boekhoudkundige verwerkingen op locatie bij klanten uit te voeren.
  • Je bent leergierig, hebt een growth mentaliteit en wilt jezelf continu ontwikkelen als dossierbeheerder boekhouding.
  • Je bent ook als recent afgestudeerde met het juiste inzicht van harte welkom om te solliciteren.
  • Je voert de dagelijkse input uit en verzorgt het voorbereidende werk van de boekhouding.
  • Je analyseert de dossiers van klanten nauwkeurig om ontbrekende facturen op te sporen en structurele oplossingen te vinden.
  • Je beheert als dossierbeheerder boekhouding de toegewezen dossiers van A tot Z en bewaakt hierbij de strikte deadlines.
  • Je verwerkt de inkomende en uitgaande documenten via moderne, digitale boekhoudprogramma's.
  • Je verleent actieve ondersteuning op locatie bij de klant om de operationele boekhouding ter plaatse te optimaliseren.
