Als dossierbeheerder boekhouding in Herenthout verwerk je zelfstandig de btw-aangiften en voer je het voorbereidende boekhoudkundige werk uit in een voltijds of deeltijds uurrooster. In jouw rol als dossierbeheerder boekhouding krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het opkuiswerk van klantendossiers, spoor je proactief ontbrekende facturen op en ga je regelmatig op locatie bij klanten aan de slag om ter plaatse de verwerkingen te verzorgen.

  • Je hebt een sterke basiskennis van boekhouding en de geldende btw-regelgeving.
  • Je bent zeer IT-gericht en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring of affiniteit met digitalisering en Peppol.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk logisch denkvermogen om complexe dossiers efficiënt op te kuisen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat er voor open om de boekhoudkundige verwerkingen op locatie bij de klanten uit te voeren.
  • Je hebt een growth mentaliteit, bent leergierig en wilt graag meegroeien met de organisatie.
  • Je voert een groot deel van de dagelijkse input uit en verzorgt het voorbereidende werk van de boekhouding.
  • Je analyseert de dossiers van klanten nauwkeurig om ontbrekende facturen op te sporen en structurele oplossingen te vinden.
  • Je beheert als dossierbeheerder boekhouding de toegewezen dossiers van A tot Z en bewaakt hierbij de strikte deadlines.
  • Je verwerkt de inkomende en uitgaande documenten via moderne, digitale boekhoudprogramma's.
  • Je verleent ondersteuning op locatie bij de klant om de operationele boekhouding ter plaatse te optimaliseren.
