In de rol van dossierbeheerder courante dossiers:

  • beheer je volledig zelfstandig courante dossiers : verkopen, kredieten, schenkingen, huwelijkscontracten.
  • zie je er als verantwoordelijke voor het dossier op toe dat alle formaliteiten voor en na het verlijden van de akte correct worden vervuld.
  • ben je de vertrouwenspersoon voor alle betrokken partijen (naast de notaris).
  • zal je, zodra je volledig operationeel bent, de kans hebben om je expertise uit te breiden met meer complexe dossiers (vereffening-verdeling, successieplanning).
  • Speel je een actieve rol in de verbetering van onze dienstverlening aan cliënten door uniforme aktemodellen op te stellen en te beheren samen met de juristen.

Je profiel

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma rechtspraktijk of bent geïnteresseerd in juridisch werk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het notariaat of een andere juridische sector. Heb je geen ervaring in het notariaat, dan zullen we alles in het werk stellen om van deze eerste ervaring samen een succesverhaal te maken!
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de courante software (Microsoft Office) en bent bereid om nieuwe toepassingen aan te leren, bv. Supermedewerker (Dataconsult).
  • Je hebt een open, vriendelijke persoonlijkheid met aandacht voor ons cliënteel dat grotendeels uit dorpsgenoten bestaat.
  • Je bent leergierig en deelt je kennis en vaardigheden spontaan met je collega’s.
