Wilt u zich verder ontwikkelen in een veeleisende, gestructureerde en kwaliteitsgerichte juridische omgeving? Analyseert u graag dossiers, stelt u prioriteiten en draagt u concreet bij aan een vlot verloop van procedures? Dan bent u bij Leroy & Partners aan het juiste adres als Dossierbeheerder. Als Dossierbeheerder staat u in voor een volledige, betrouwbare en conforme behandeling van de dossiers die u worden toevertrouwd. U komt tussen vanaf de analyse van het mandaat tot en met de operationele opvolging van de procedures, waarbij u de kwaliteit van de administratieve en juridische verwerking, de beveiliging van de akten en de naleving van termijnen waarborgt.

Jobomschrijving

  • Mandaten, stukken en beschikbare informatie analyseren om de juridische, operationele en relationele aandachtspunten van de dossiers te identificeren.
  • De te ondernemen acties bepalen, de behandelingsstappen plannen en de dossiers opvolgen in de interne tools.
  • Akten, brieven en documenten met betrekking tot de dossiers voorbereiden, opstellen, controleren en finaliseren.
  • De kwaliteit en conformiteit van procedures controleren, afwijkingen signaleren en passende corrigerende maatregelen uitvoeren.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke en professionele communicatie met cliënten, advocaten, confraters, rechtbanken, griffies en andere belanghebbenden.
  • Prioriteiten, dringende zaken en gevoelige situaties beheren met respect voor de interne procedures en de toepasselijke termijnen.
  • Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van praktijken, procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • U beschikt minstens over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs. Een opleiding in juridische of administratieve richting, of een bachelor in de rechten, is een troef.
  • U hebt idealiter een eerste ervaring in een juridische, administratieve of dossierbeheersomgeving.
  • U bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk betrouwbaar te beheren.
  • U communiceert duidelijk, gestructureerd en professioneel, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • U voelt zich thuis in veeleisende omgevingen waar kwaliteit, precisie en het naleven van deadlines essentieel zijn.
  • U beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Elke andere taal is een troef.
  • U bent vertrouwd met informaticatools en hebt oog voor de kwaliteit van ingevoerde gegevens.
