Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratief sterke dossierbeheerder die op een gestructureerde en zelfstandige manier dossiers kan beheren en opvolgen.

Als dossierbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve behandeling van dossiers van A tot Z. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de verschillende termijnen en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige acties tijdig worden ondernomen. We zoeken iemand die niet enkel uitvoert wat wordt gevraagd, maar ook initiatief neemt, vooruitdenkt en zelf aandacht heeft voor de verdere opvolging van een dossier.

Tot het takenpakket behoren onder meer:

  • het opmaken, voorbereiden en administratief verwerken van akten en andere dossierstukken;
  • het voeren van schriftelijke correspondentie met debiteuren, cliënten en andere betrokken partijen;
  • het beantwoorden en voeren van telefonische gesprekken met debiteuren;
  • het maken en opvolgen van betalingsafspraken;
  • het nauwgezet opvolgen van dossiers en openstaande acties;
  • het bewaken van termijnen en het tijdig ondernemen van de nodige vervolgstappen;
  • het verwerken van binnenkomende briefwisseling, documenten en informatie;

We zoeken iemand die gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en administratief sterk is, maar tegelijk ook communicatief en oplossingsgericht kan handelen. Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen, behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk moeten worden opgevolgd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen takenpakket. Daarnaast hechten we veel belang aan zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin, initiatief en een professionele communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
