Voor een ervaren dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt, biedt dit kantoor een omgeving waar vertrouwen centraal staat. Met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring kiest het kantoor bewust voor kwaliteit boven kwantiteit: geen voortdurend groeiende portefeuille of druk om zoveel mogelijk dossiers af te werken, maar ongeveer 60 vaste vennootschappen die volledig van jou zijn.

Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw klanten écht te leren kennen, hun onderneming te begrijpen en hen verder te begeleiden dan enkel de cijfers. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor: de vennoot is rechtstreeks aanspreekbaar en denkt mee wanneer dat nodig is.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw portefeuille. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en volgt hun dossiers van A tot Z op.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Zelfstandig beheren van een portefeuille van ongeveer 60 vennootschappen;
  • Volledige opvolging van dossiers van A tot Z;
  • Opmaak en indiening van btw-aangiften;
  • Voorbereiden en afwerken van vennootschaps- en personenbelasting;
  • Opstellen van jaarrekeningen;
  • Voorbereiden en bespreken van tussentijdse rapporteringen;
  • Beantwoorden van boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen;
  • Rechtstreeks adviseren en begeleiden van bedrijfsleiders;
  • Meedenken over fiscale optimalisaties en oplossingen;
  • Overleggen met de vennoot bij complexere dossiers.

De bedoeling is vooral dat je zelfstandig kan werken en eigenaarschap neemt over jouw klanten. Je krijgt vertrouwen en vrijheid, maar kan altijd terugvallen op de vennoot en jouw collega's.

Wie zoeken ze?

Voor deze functie zoeken ze een ervaren dossierbeheerder die graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt en energie haalt uit klantencontact.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor of master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of fiduciaire kantoor;
  • De nodige kennis om dossiers zelfstandig van A tot Z te beheren;
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve werkhouding;
  • Een professionele en vlotte communicatie met klanten;
  • Een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
