Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler op vlak van logistieke services en breakbulk. Reeds meer dan 150 jaar zijn ze een expert in allerlei soorten goederenbehandeling. Ze proberen op maat gemaakte oplossingen te bieden aan klanten om zo een uitstekende service te kunnen bieden.

Jobomschrijving

Ben je gepassioneerd door logistieke expeditie en wil je dossiers van A tot Z beheren? Als Dossierbeheerder Expeditie bij onze klant zorg jij ervoor dat goederen vlekkeloos hun weg vinden doorheen de logistieke keten. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met klantgerichtheid en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe partners. Een uitdagende job waarin jij het verschil maakt voor zowel klanten als collega’s.

Takenpakket:

  • Opstarten en opvolgen van import- en exportdossiers voor een vaste klantenportefeuille.
  • Coördineren met rederijen, transporteurs, douane, magazijnen en andere stakeholders.
  • Voorzien van alle nodige documentatie zoals BL’s, magazijninstructies en paklijsten.
  • Afsluiten van dossiers inclusief facturatie en administratieve ondersteuning bij douane.

Vereisten:

  • Bachelor Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in de maritieme of logistieke sector; kennis van breakbulk is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke kennis van expeditie en incoterms.
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands, praktische kennis Engels en Frans.
  • Vertrouwd met MS Office en snel wegwijs in bedrijfseigen software.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief, organisatorisch sterk en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Flexibel in planning, stressbestendig en milieubewust.
