Jobomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Deze klanten variëren van kleine zelfstandige ondernemers tot grotere bedrijven. Jij duikt diep in de boekhouding van je klanten en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Je werkt met aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankafschriften en andere cijfermatige vraagstukken.Klanten kunnen altijd bij jou terecht voor hun vragen, die je vakkundig beantwoordt, al dan niet in samenwerking met je collega’s. Je denkt vooruit en anticipeert op toekomstige boekhoudkundige vraagstukken, zodat je de best mogelijke oplossingen kunt bieden.Je taken omvatten onder andere: het indienen van periodieke btw-aangiftes, het opmaken van vennootschaps- en personenbelastingaangiftes, debiteurenbeheer en het opstellen van de balans en jaarrekening.

Je hebt net je bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of KMO-management afgerond en staat te popelen om je eerste werkervaring op te doen.Of je hebt al wat ervaring in de sector en bent klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging.Je hebt al enige kennis van boekhouding, maar je blijft altijd nieuwsgierig en leergierig.Jij legt de focus op klantgerichtheid, communiceert helder en stelt je empathisch en integer op.Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar je team is altijd jouw back-up.Boekhoudkundige vraagstukken zijn voor jou geen probleem. Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt de ambitie om door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.
