Je komt terecht in een modern accountancykantoor met een team van een 15-tal collega’s verdeeld over twee vestigingen. Ondanks hun groei kiezen ze bewust niet voor “groter om groter te worden”. Geen eindeloze overnames of een kantoor waar medewerkers nummers worden. De focus ligt op gezonde groei, sterke klantenrelaties en vooral: de juiste mensen aan boord halen. De cultuur? Open, transparant en menselijk. Een omgeving waar je vragen mag stellen, waar jouw mening telt en waar jouw werk gezien wordt. Geen harde hiërarchie of labels, maar een team waarin iedereen zijn rol heeft en gewaardeerd wordt.

En ja, af en toe loopt er ook een kantoorhond rond die de werkdag net dat tikkeltje aangenamer maakt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je beheert jouw eigen dossiers van A-Z en krijgt hierin het vertrouwen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je volgt balansen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale verplichtingen op en groeit verder richting een adviserende rol.
  • Je krijgt de kans om klanten écht te begeleiden en niet enkel cijfers te verwerken.
  • Heb je ambitie om later junior collega’s te ondersteunen? Dan krijg je die mogelijkheid. Geen ambitie in leidinggeven? Even goed. Een sterke senior worden is minstens even waardevol.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een kantoor dat groeit op een gezonde manier, zonder de familiale sfeer te verliezen.
  • Je hebt reeds 3 à 4 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kan na een inwerkperiode zelfstandig jouw dossiers opnemen.
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag vertrouwen krijgt.
  • Je zoekt geen omgeving met constante opvolging, maar wel eentje waar je vrijheid krijgt en hier correct mee omgaat.
  • Je wil blijven groeien binnen accountancy, op de manier die bij jou past.
