The posting

Voor een accountantskantoor in Averbode, met een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers, zijn we op zoek naar een dossierbeheerder die op termijn steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen. Het kantoor combineert een persoonlijke, informele werksfeer met een sterke focus op digitalisering en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

De functie is opgebouwd als een geleidelijk groeitraject. Je start met een goede begeleiding en bouwt stap voor stap je technische kennis, klantencontact en verantwoordelijkheid verder uit. Op termijn krijg je de mogelijkheid om uit te groeien tot eindverantwoordelijke voor je eigen dossiers.

Jouw rol

Tijdens je inwerkperiode maak je uitgebreid kennis met de werking van het kantoor en krijg je ondersteuning van ervaren collega's. Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Verwerken van aan- en verkoopfacturen;
  • Diverse en financiële boekingen;
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw- en personenbelastingaangiftes;
  • Voorbereiden van afsluitingen en eindejaarverrichtingen;
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij praktische en boekhoudkundige vragen.

Naarmate je kennis en zelfstandigheid groeien, neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op tot dossierverantwoordelijke.

Het groeitraject wordt afgestemd op jouw ervaring en ambities. Je hoeft dus niet vanaf dag één alles zelfstandig te kunnen: de bedoeling is net dat je stap voor stap groeit naar meer verantwoordelijkheid en advies.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit is een sterke troef;
  • Ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of advieskantoor;
  • Kennis van Yuki, Silverfin en/of Expert/M is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en klantgericht;
  • Communicatief sterk en graag onderdeel van een hecht team;
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
