  • Wil je deel uitmaken van een groeiend team?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten voor jouw klanten en het grondig screenen voordat je ze voorstelt.
  • Uitschrijven van vacatures en het beheren van sollicitaties. Indien nodig werk je nauw samen met je collega's bij het invullen van vacatures.
  • Zorgen voor een foutloze afhandeling van alle administratieve taken.
  • Behandelen van ad-hoc aanvragen.
  • Streven naar het ontlasten van klanten om hun rekrutering te vereenvoudigen.
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en kandidaten.
  • Rapporteren aan de projectmanager.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste recruiter die gemotiveerd is om samen te werken met zowel klanten als kandidaten. Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg voor commercie en bent altijd bereid om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan.

  • Je hebt een diepe passie voor de rekruteringssector en voelt de drang om te groeien.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de sector.
  • Met jouw wilskracht en vastberadenheid ga je geen uitdaging uit de weg.
  • Je handelt snel en doelgericht bij het voorstellen en opvolgen van kandidaten en klanten.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en bellen is voor jou dagelijkse kost.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en haalt motivatie uit het behalen van gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
