Je komt terecht in een verzekeringsmakelaarskantoor dat zich heel specifiek richt op de medische wereld. Denk aan artsen, kinesitherapeuten, tandartsen, apothekers en vroedvrouwen. Het gaat vaak om een jong cliënteel tussen 25 en 40 jaar, waaronder ook heel wat consultants en managementvennootschappen.

De focus ligt op leven, fiscaliteit, vermogensopbouw en loonsoptimalisatie. De klassieke verzekeringsactiviteiten worden elders binnen de groep opgenomen, waardoor jij je volledig kunt toeleggen op jouw expertise.

Je maakt deel uit van een team waarin momenteel enkele commerciële profielen en backoffice collega's actief zijn. De organisatie maakt daarnaast deel uit van een veel grotere groep met ongeveer 160 medewerkers in België. Dat biedt niet alleen stabiliteit, maar ook mogelijkheden om op termijn verder te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

Als dossierbeheerder leven word je een belangrijke schakel tussen de commerciële buitendienst, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en de klant. Je:

  • maakt offertes op na een eerste klantgesprek;
  • bereidt klantendossiers inhoudelijk en administratief voor;
  • denkt mee over oplossingen rond VAPZ, EPT's, aandelenopties, fiscaal sparen, beleggen en loonsoptimalisatie;
  • bespreekt en sluit onder meer gewaarborgd inkomen af;
  • neemt deel aan digitale klantgesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat de gemaakte afspraken nadien correct worden opgevolgd;
  • maakt notities en zet de nodige acties in gang;
  • verwerkt wijzigingen aan polissen;
  • volgt bestaande klanten actief op en neemt contact op wanneer er langere tijd geen activiteit is;
  • bewaakt de jaarlijkse opvolging en terugkerende acties binnen jouw portefeuille;
  • onderhoudt contact met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en zorgt dat dossiers administratief volledig zijn.

Je krijgt dus een mooie mix van administratie, inhoudelijk advies en klantencontact. Je bent geen klassieke backoffice medewerker die enkel dossiers verwerkt: je denkt mee met de klant en durft zelf beslissingen te nemen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al wat bagage meebrengt uit de verzekeringswereld. Idealiter heb je ervaring bij een verzekeringsmakelaar en ben je meteen inzetbaar.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van levensverzekeringen en fiscale oplossingen.
  • Je begrijpt begrippen zoals VAPZ, EPT's en aandelenopties en wilt je kennis hierin verder verdiepen.
  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel tijdens klantengesprekken.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid, maar prospectie hoeft voor jou niet.
  • Je durft knopen door te hakken en wacht niet voor elke beslissing op iemand anders.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Je bent down-to-earth en houdt van een praktische aanpak.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met Brio is mooi meegenomen. Je weet dat elke verzekeringsmaatschappij met een eigen systeem werkt en vindt het geen probleem om daarin je weg te vinden.
