Jobomschrijving

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het beheren van kredietdossiers en klanten helpen bij betalingsoplossingen? Sluit je aan bij ons team en bouw mee aan sterke klantenrelaties.

Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met betalingsmoeilijkheden een haalbare oplossing vinden, terwijl je de belangen van onze organisatie bewaakt. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je bij aan een gezonde financiële relatie en een efficiënte opvolging van kredietdossiers.

Hoe ziet je job eruit?

  • beheren van achterstallige betalingen voor opeisbare leningen, leasings, rentings en andere kredieten
  • onderhandelen en afsluiten van betalingsregelingen binnen vastgestelde grenzen
  • communiceren met advocaten, gerechtsdeurwaarders en notarissen
  • actief bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid en een efficiënte opvolging
  • studieniveau: hogere opleiding (minstens bachelor),
  • ervaring in debiteurenbeheer en noties recht zijn een pluspunt,
  • je combineert zelfstandig werken met teamoverleg en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor beslissingen in je dossiers,
  • je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en empathisch vermogen om de situatie van klanten te begrijpen en passende oplossingen te vinden,
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, voldoende kennis van het Frans en noties Engels,
  • je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en straalt een positieve attitude uit.
